I got rejected to do registration,get tickets to travel.

Dear Mohamed, thank you for the question. I have heard that contacting the Ukrainian embassy through phone or fax is currently (almost) impossible. Please go there in person, you can go there without an appointment- in Berlin. I would recommend also taking someone with you. Take all the documents, that proof that your were staying in the Ukraine long term, with you. For example: student ID, rental contract, photo of the residence permit, stamp in your passport and any other proof/ documents

I know this is very frustrating and I hope that you will be successful at the embassy here in Berlin. Take someone with you for support always helps.
It is very likely that it will be quite busy at the embassy and you will have to wait. Please keep that in mind.
