Dear mojib1010@ thank you for your question!
The possibility of a family reunion depends on the status the person in Germany is holding btw. or in case you are moving together, there is for example an employment reason.
If you would like to share with me a bit more about your situation, I will be happy to give you more specific details. For now I will provide you some general information:
Firstly, I can provide you some information about the different types of visa. You can check them and get back to me in case you have some more specific questions.
.
Secondly, in case you are already here, and your family will apply separately, you can find on the two following websites the differences and requirements, depending on your status.
- Family Reunification
- Family Reunification for Refugees
If you and your family match the requirements, they will need to get on the waiting list of the local German embassy in Teheran. Please note that the embassy already mentions that it can take about a year to receive an appointment. In the meantime, you can prepare the necessary documents to present here: https://teheran.diplo.de/ir-de/-/2465536
.
Unfortunately, the process takes a very long time and seems very frustrating. We want to encourage you not giving up.
Please let me know if you need more details about any process or have further questions.
