I have a 3-year residence permit card (Germany).
Can I also work as a Data Analyst (IT sector) in other EU countries e.g. Sweden?
I found this info states that
"If you have long-term resident status in an EU country, you can move to Sweden to work ..."
But I am not sure about the term "long-term resident status". How long is considered long-term resident status? Thank you.

Hallo [~15896] , You have a right of residence in Germany. This means that if you want to work in Sweden, you must apply for a visa/work permit for Sweden. Please check if you are already entitled to "EU permanent residence": https://handbookgermany.de/en/permanent-eu-residence-permit If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kind regards, Barbara
