Hi, i am from México, I am a mecatronic engineer and i have an offer to work in Germany but my degree is still in elaboration the only document i have is a letter from the university that certifies i have finished my studies, is it posible to apply to the EU Blue Card with this document because the process of elaboration of the degrees are really long
