I have been sending emails to relevant institutions however, I have not yet received guidance. I'm currently in Poland, my visa ends on the 29th of June. I want to go to Germany and apply for chancenkarte before I have to leave because I know it will be almost impossible in my country, Turkey.
I studied the requirements carefully and it seems I'm eligible for the opportunity card (C1 English, graduated from a recognized university, professional experience...).
However, I'm confused on how to find a part-time job without a work permit. I don't have 12.000 Euros to cover my needs, so I need to have a part time contract before I can apply for chancenkarte.
Unfortunately I'm in a really tight schedule, so I'm hoping that someone can guide me on this or generally in how I can proceed.

Hallo AsyaCetin , Here is the answer from our expert: "Unfortunately, it's not that simple with the Chancenkarte. The problem is actually that you have to earn your own living with the Chancenkarte. You can only do this with a work permit. If you enter Germany with a Polish visa and apply for the Chancenkarte here, this will not work. You will then need another German residence permit for the purpose of gainful employment. Or you can apply for the Chancenkarte from abroad, in which case you will have to prove how you can earn a living in Germany. You can try to get a job offer from an employer on the condition that you are allowed to work. Do you have a professional qualification recognised in Germany? Then perhaps it is better to look for a job as a skilled worker straight away." Best Barbara
Thank you so much Barbara, this helped clear things for me more. I'm a Linguistics graduate from a recognized university (my university is listed H+ on the anabin database).
I understand that I need a job offer/contract on the condition that I'm allowed to work. And I have been emailing back and fort with some companies and employers, however, it seems that they don't even know about the Chancenkarte, and since I can't get a job offer because employers think that they will have to sponsor me for work permit and visa, they don't want to hire me.
It seems to me that Chancenkarte actually doesn't help me because I still need 12.000 Euros to be able to apply, because under these conditions, no part time job will want to offer me a position from afar, without knowing if I will truly come to work with them or what my performance would look like.
