1- Can I enter with Schengen Visa in germany (I have 3 months stay for 5 years )

2- Should I apply for Blue card to immigrant office before I start the job? If yes , how long it would take to get it ?

3- About the company employment declaration form I see below forms : Should my company only fill in the first one I do not undestand a-b-c data also needed or not?

Dear marryjanetr8 , thank you for contacting us. If you enter Germany with a Schengen visa and find a job that meets the considerable requirements of the EU Blue Card after entering the country, you can apply for the EU Blue Card under the new regulations: https://handbookgermany.de/en/eu-blue-card Please note, however, that the employment contract may only be signed after you have entered the country. Important: Since the law is new, it is also possible that the Immigration Office initially rejects your application for an EU Blue Card because there is not yet much practical experience with the new regulation: https://handbookgermany.de/en/visitor-visa#faq_297  If you apply for a Blue Card at the end, you will receive a PDF document to confirm your application, but it does not extend your Schengen visa. I cannot tell you how long the process takes because right now the foreigners authorities are overloaded. Beware: There is no guarantee. Even if you fulfil all the requirements, the Immigration Office may insist that you go through the visa procedure for the EU Blue Card. Could you please send us a link where you found a b c data for company employment declaration? You are also welcome to ask for advice in the forum, e.g. you can see if others have had similar questions or topics and you can write your questions underneath + tag the person (with @) , Maybe someone has practical experience with the topic. Best Barbara
