Received my 4th Email from noreply@haagermany.help...What's next?

Irrfaan.KBL • 17 December 2023

I applied to the Kabul Leftbruke program around one and a half years ago. During this time, I have received multiple emails where they have requested different documents and information related to the application. Now, I have just received the 4th email from noreply@haagermany.help, where they have requested my passport and marriage certificate, along with some evidence supporting my claims. Does this mean my case has been approved, and is this the last stage? Anyone have any information or previous experience? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. For your information, I am a media worker who has worked for an international media organization in a security role.

In addition, all of my family members except for my 6-month-old daughter currently possess valid passports. Should I just submit the documents that are readily available, or should I additionally get my child's passport before submitting all the required paperwork? It will take a while to obtain a passport, as everyone is aware.

Hello Irrfaan.KBL, thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, as we are not part of the federal admission program and cannot tell you what stage your application is in. Usually it is a good sign when you are being contacted multiple times.
You can look at the different threads where Afghans have shared their experiences with the admission program, this might be useful for you: https://together-in-germany.de/en/thread/how-know-email-address-fake-or…
and https://together-in-germany.de/en/thread/i-was-supplier-giz-kabul
.
Regarding the passport, it is important that all family members have passports in order to come to Germany. Please let the admission program know that your 6 months year old still needs to obtain a passport. Did they instruct you to only submit the documents, if you have all the documents? Maybe you can also ask this question to the community who has been in the process of the admission program.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best wishes

Dear Yara _Community Manager,

Thank you so much for the prompt response. Very much appreciated! The provided information is very helpful.
And yes, they have clearly asked me to submit my documents: Please refer to their message below:

“Please upload your documents if available (for example passports, tazkiras, birth certificates, marriage certificates and other documents supporting your (personal or professional^ claim). Please also attach documents to identify your family members.
Assign unique and preferably descriptive file names. Example: last-name-first-name-id-1.png
Allowed file formats are PDF, JPG and PNG.”

What do you suggest I should do? Should I submit the readily available documents for now because obtaining a passport for my little one will take months? Other than passport, I have all other required identity documents for her including NID (tazkira) and Birth Certificate.

(And by the way, I have posted this question in so many threads on this community and nobody has shared their similar experience so far.)
