But no job when i am applying unfortunately no selection.
And yah i have three years BAMF Bescheid.

As a already recognized specialist, it´s just missing the final step into the German job market. Sometimes that takes a little while. But please, do not get discouraged.
The "Integration through Qualification" (IQ) network provides support for this. In Bavaria the project is called MigraNet.
