Unfortunately, you cannot apply for this program yourself but will have to go though an NGO that is a so called” meldeberechtigte Stelle” or authorized reporting agency. Please note this program is only for those still in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, you are not eligible if you are in a neighboring country.
