Hello there....My Question is that
I hold Ukrainian Permanent Residence and I am now in Iraq , my family wife & daughters in Ukraine, do I have the right to travel to Ukraine through any EU country directly without visa e.g Poland or Germany , or is it required to obtain a visa .
I didn't found any planes flights to Ukraine.
Hello سالم, thank you for reaching out. I noticed you posted a similar question on the Arabic forum. Usually if you want to enter Poland or Germany, it is required to receive a visa before hand. Usually, if you want to enter Poland or Germany, you were allowed to enter the Schengen area for 90 days, after the war started. Since you haven't been in Ukraine around 24.02.2022, unfortunately, you will need to apply for a visa beforehand. Yes you are right . But i couldn't understand why i should ask for visa to enter Germany if i already have Ukraine permanent residence ( the aim of this residence is that to live and work in Ukraine freely & enter to EU for 90 days , i read about it ) add for that the procedure for getting Visa from Germany embassy in iraq is not easy it need long time .
They wrote there the visa it took long time
