Hello, i from Afghanistan, i have applied for an appointment for study visa in IT to the embassy of German in pakistan (since here in Afghanistan is no any German embassy nowadays) in 2022 mah 28
So as this is my 24th month but i do not have any updates about my appointment date?
Pl eeease anyone help what to do?

Unfortunately, the processing time at the embassy can take a very long time. On the official website of the German embassy in Kabul it suggests that waiting time is at least 12months.

There is unfortunately very little you can do while waiting. The embassies are understaffed and have to process a lot of applications. Final resort could be to contact a specialized migration lawyer and ask if a so called “Untätigkeitsklage” makes sense. This is a law suit against the embassy for failure to act.
