Dear Hamal_Dai thank you for your message.
To protect your data and identity we recommend you to use a nick name. You can change that in the settings.
.
Generally, every visa/residence permit is tied to a purpose (work, study, etc.). If you are applying for a student visa, it is intended that you will start your studies in Germany. As a student you are allowed to work a limited amount of time next to your studies: 120 full day or 240 half days per year. If you exceed the 120-day limit, you must inform the immigration office.
.
In case you wish to change your visa/residence permit as a student to a regular work permit, this might be possible. If you are already holding a degree (university or vocational) you can have a look to get your degree recognized. This means that your degree should be equivalent to a German degree. For university degrees you can check on the anabin database. In case your university and degree isn't listed, you can apply for an acknowledgment. Vocational trainings are always checked individually. Here you can read more about the acknowledgement process.
In case your degree is acknowledged and you will receive a job offer after your arrival in Germany, you will need to apply for a change of residence at your local foreigners department. Unfortunately, the foreigners departments are pretty overloaded with work, so, to get an appointment might be more difficult than applying. Depending on your job offer (salary, position & recognized degree), the foreigners department can issue you a work permit immediately or they will need to contact the federal employment agency, which take 2-3 weeks longer to receive an answer.
I hope this give you an idea. Please let me know, if you have further questions.

Hi
i have small Enquiry for Fintiba processing. If I have insurance policy here from my Home country. Is it essential to go for Insurance travel package and Health Insurance in germany?

Hello Hamal_Dai happy to help you further. Therfore, may I ask what you mean by "Fintiba processing"? Do you mean a blocked account?
Generally, the German embassy/consulate requires a travel insurance, at least for the time you are planning to fly until your first day of your study. After your arrival you will need to sign in to a statutory health insurance for your purpose of stay, as a student. On Handbook Germany you can read more about health insurance.
If you have further questions, please let me know.

Hello I'm Saifurahman Rahmani from Afghanistan I'm graduated from curative medicine department.

Dear Saifurahman88 thank you for reaching out.
Congratulations on your graduation! Did you also already complete your approbation in Afghanistan?
You can check if your university and your degree are already listed in the database anabin: https://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/institutionen.html
Please note that most medical positions, e.g. doctors, nurses, are regulated professions. This means, that you will not only need an acknowledged degree but also an additional application for approbation in order to be able to work in Germany. Most likely you will need to provide a German language certificate (at least B2, sometimes C1). You can apply for an approbation in the federal state you are planning to start working. I am happy to support you finding the responsible institution, if you let me know where you are planning to reside.
.
About your application for work: There are job board from the federal employment agency or job posting websites, like Ärzteblatt.
You might find some useful application and job search tips on our website: https://handbookgermany.de/en/jobsearch-and-application
I hope this gives you a first overview. Please let me know if you have further questions.

You can apply for jobs from abroad and also for the acknowledgement processes!
Did you already checked if your degree and your university are listed on the database anabin?
Please let me know if you need any support.

Wonderful! Is your university listed with an H+ and your degree is equivalent to a German degree (Entspricht)? If yes, you don't need to apply for an acknowledgement process for your degree. Depending on which job you want to start, you might need the additional recognition (e.g. approbation as a doctor).
