As your title says, I assume, you want to start as a sales manager in Germany. To start as a skilled worker in Germany, you will need to have an acknowledged degree. This can either be a vocational training or a university degree. Currently your position still needs to match your studies. This might will change in mid of November.

In case your degree is already recognized, you have two options to find a work:
- You can apply for a job search visa and have 6 months to find a job in Germany. Here are more information about the job seeker visa and their requirements.
- You could apply for jobs from abroad. There are job posting platforms, like monster.de or indeed. There you can enter your preferred position and the city you wish to start. With a job offer/contract you can apply for skilled worker visa.
