Quick background, I moved to Berlin with my wife in April 2022. I am employed with a Blue Card since Apr 2023 and my wife has a dependent Residence Permit. She found a 10 month contract job in Dec 2023.
I will be eligible to apply for permanent residency in a few months.
My question is, does my wife also get permanent residency along with me? Or will she have to go through her own process until she is eligible?

Hi kavishdahekar, thanks for your question on our forum. Yes it is possible for your spouse to also receive a permanent residency, however, there are some requirements such as having at least A1 skills and being able to secure one's own livelihood financially.
