The conditions for the permanent residency are different depending on your current status. You mentioned you and your family have received a three year resident permit. Does this mean you have been recognized as refugees or asylum seekers?

Recognized refugees with a blue passport can apply for permanent residence earlier than those holding subsidiary protection status.
