To you questions: Firstly, to look for a job, you can browse through the common platform, like Stepstone, Monster, Indeed. On each site, you can enter your preferred position and the city you would like to work in. Secondly, if you receive a job offer or contract, you will need to get waitlisted to apply for a visa at your local German embassy in Dhaka. Therefore you will need to prepare the necessary documents: https://dhaka.diplo.de/bd-en/service/visa-einreise
It is easier to apply for a visa to be considered as a skilled worker. Therefore you should check on the database "anabin" if your degrees and the universities you've attended are already acknowledged. If your university should show the Status H+ and your degree appears equivalent (Entspricht), both of them are already equivalent to a German degree. If this is not the case, there is still the possibility to apply for for an acknowledgement process at Central Office for Foreign Education (Zentralstelle für ausländische Bildungswesen - ZAB). Please note that there are processing and translation fees to start the process. Unfortunately, this website is only available in German.
