I have recived the like from noreply@haagermany.help for third time. This link had some rows for IDs and Passports like as issue date, expire date, number of passports.
we are also fillout the 2 link, with some issue and expire date of passports and ID cards, we are waiting for ther respons of related authorities, when they geve final respons about our case?

We can unfortunately, not tell you how long the process will take, we are not a government organization. Many people have been saying that it is taking so long and this puts those in Afghanistan under risk. It is a good sign when you are contacted by the e-mail and they are collecting the information. However the process it taking too long, we wish it was otherwise.
