Dear maywandabd thank you for reaching out to us. Let me answer your questions according to your numbers:
1. You can have a look at common job posting platforms, like Stepstone, Monster, Indeed. On each site, you can enter your preferred position and the city you would like to work in. In each job posting some mention the spoken languages in the teams. This really differs and depends on the field, the team and the company you might join. In which city are you currently living? Maybe you can get in touch with MobiJob Berlin - they can offer you counceling and guide you.
Additionally, there might be some useful information about job hunting and the application process on our website, Handbook Germany.
2. To be able to study at a German university, you will usually need to provide a German level of C1. In case you want to study an international degree program, you should check your preferred university individually and what requirements are needed. On the website of Higher Education Compass you can look for different universities and use filters as well. Additionally, on Handbook Germany, you can find more information about University applications.
3. May I ask you to give me more information what kind of training you are looking for? I can have a look for you. We also have some experts, who can support you with some further trainings, which could be covered by JobCenter, in case you receive financial support by JobCenter.
Happy to hear back from you.

Thank you for sharing such useful information.
As i have mentioned that my degree is Project Management with no experience so I would like to take some expereince/Training in such degree first and work here in germany.
If possible in finance would also be better which i already have some experience in.
At the last I am new here in Germany and my asylum process is still pending mean I am still with Social not job center and I am living in wiesbaden, Hessen, germany.
If you would share some specific information regarding some entities trainings people or providing help in such fields would be very helpull.
Appreciate.
Warm regards

Thank you for getting back to us and sharing your situation, maywandabd
As I understood you are in Germany for 7 months now and still in your asylum process. Depending on how far your process has been, you might still have limited access to the labour market and will need to apply for a work permit at the foreigners department.
If you aren't obliged to live in your initial reception faculty, you can apply for a work permit. If you still have to live there, you will be allowed to apply for a work permit after 9 months. There is an exception, if you have underaged children.
In general to start a study would be possible during your asylum process. Unfortunately, the German language skills are often a problem, as I mentioned at a German university it is between B2-C1.
You can discuss some options with a migration counselling center.
.
In Wiesbaden are several migration counselling center. You can find them on that list: https://bamf-navi.bamf.de/en/Themen/Migrationsberatung/?coord=445564.55…;
