I am here with my family resident in Germany since 2014 in and I have resident of 25B ABS 1.
I would like to bring my mother permanently in Germany.

It is great that you and your family are already together. Generally, family reunion is only possible for your immediate family, which means spouses and unmarried, underaged children. Your mother, unfortunately, doesn't count as immediate family. This means that family reunification is a very difficult way and will need legal support to proof that there are humanitarian reasons.
