I am having Aufenthalterlaubnis and working in Deutschland since 2019. My father has expired and i want to relocate my Mom to Germany. She is also having a medical condition where her right arm doesn't function. She needs someone nearby even for a small daily routine tasks. Travelling alone after every 90 days is very difficult and then living alone is also very difficult.
Kindly suggest what are the possibilities i've have.

Hello @yad According to German residence law, parents can only be reunited in cases of hardship. This is a major difference to the reunification of children or spouses. Children or spouses are generally allowed to join their parents. Parents, on the other hand, are only allowed in cases of hardship. you have to prove that your mother cannot cope on her own with medical documents and everything. if you want, i can find you a counseling center that can accompany and advise you.
