Issue with ZAB process

Hello madam i have a big issue with the ZAB about my licence diploma evaluation , i submitted my documents and paid all fees to ZAB since 19th december 2023 and i received email from ZAB to tell me that the processing time is 3 months to receive the document. The ZAB sent me an email at the end of the processing time to tell me that my licence admission certificate does'nt says that i obtained the licence diploma ( it is in french ) so i have to take another with my university, i replied them that maybe it is a mistake from them on the translation from french to german , because the sentence used confirms my licence graduation also my university told me they can't give another certificate because it should be the same sentence with all others students. i sent all explanation to ZAB and sent them my admisson certificate's authenticity also my university sent an email to the ZAB to confirm that i obtained the licence diploma. I wait the ZAB feedback since 3 weeks now , they don't reply to my email , it is almost 4 months i wait this evaluation , please help me to know what shoul i do
