My wife is 7th month pregnant women and we are waiting in pakistan for visa interview, still it is unknown the date of interview for us if we request from Embassy of Germany in Islamabad for early interview they will accept our request or it is possible to attain interview early as compare to other waiting list?
If we wait more it will be difficult for us in the future to travel.

To answer your question more properly, I will need to understand your situation better. Are you already in Germany and your wife is a pakistan citizen (or lives there for at least 6 months) and applying for family reunification to you? Or are you applying together, e.g. for a work permit and a family reunification?

However, unfortunately, I couldn't find any duration for how long the embassy needs to assign appointments. It is just mentioned that it takes longer than usual. There are only information about the processing times after a successful application. An application for work permit currently takes 3 months. If you apply together (work permit & family reunion) both will be checked together and granted visas are very likely to be issued together.
A separate application for family reunion - in case you are here and your wife is applying now - the processing time will take at least 12 months after the submission. Unfortunately, the review of the certificates and an additional approval by the local foreigners department take most of the time.
Since you and your wife are in a very special situation, you can request special appointment. Therefore you will need to send the German embassy in Islamabad an e-mail and explain your situation and show them the urgency. After their reply you might will need to send them proof about the expected birth date etc.

Me and my wife is in Islamabad right now and we are already submitted our passport and other related documents to the embassy and waiting for last interview and to our visa, but unfortunately due to long waiting list of refugee there it will take more time.
Just I want clarification regarding special appointment or they will issue our visa ealry as compare to other because of our pregnancy issue?
If we request special appointments via email form Embassy in that case we will find positive answers or not?

It is even better that you already submitted your application at the embassy! Since you already submitted your documents, they cannot provide you an additional appointment.
You might want to contact the embassy through that e-mail contact form and ask if there is something missing and the possibility to speed up your case due to your wifes pregnancy. Please do not forget to mention your processing numbers.
