Unfortunately, there is no possibility to speed up an asylum process. The asylum applications increased and the work load according to the rising numbers as well. The current duration takes about 6-12 months. I only can imagine that this seems very long and frustrating. You might consider to prepare yourself for the next steps in the meantime.
You could consult an asylum counselling center to prepare yourself for the hearing. If you want to share the next bigger city, I can support you finding a center close to you. It might also help to have a look at multi-langual videos: https://www.asylindeutschland.de/en/film/
For a smooth start, you can participate in an integration course which also includes a language course.
In case you have health issues, it is recommended to document every visit at your doctors, so you have proof.
