Besides the general requirements for a Type D Visa, you will need a job offer from a German company this should be realted to your qualifications, meaning in the IT sector. As an IT professional you do not have to show a qualified degree if you can show that you have 3 years of experience in the IT profession in the past 7 years. And in case you are over 45 years old you will also need a job offer which pays enough.
