Hello Shams Ahmadshah, apologies for the delay in my reply. With a residency with a residency according to §25b Absatz 1 it is usually not permitted to bring ones family to Germany. Unless, one can prove that this is due to humanitarian reasons and this is only very rarely granted. I would suggest that you seek out special counseling. They can look at your case in more detail and advise you on the nest steps to bring you wife to Germany. Please let me know the city you are staying in to I can search for a counseling center near you.
