There is a radio station that had a contract with GIZ for producing a program with legal awareness toipcs for women, and my husband was the presenter of that program and he got threatened so many times because of that and we left our home and living a different place right now. I just wanted to know if he is eligible for the GIZ local force relocation program or not
He has the contract and photos during the program and everything.

I am assuming he is Afghan, we have made a page for Afghan nationals for more information. Currently there is the federal admission program, however, he can only apply through a NGO that is part of the program.

Yeah, he is Afghan, and we are currently living in Afghanistan. We know about the federal admission program, but we don't have any authorized agency's information to contact them and ask for help.
