I Am from Afghanistan
I am currently studying at GISMA university of Applied Sciences. I came to Pakistan around 5 months ago but due to rush the waiting list is increased to more than a year.
I have a plan to go to Iran and get appointment from there. But I thing there is a requirement of staying 6 months than I can apply for visa appointment. If any one can provide information about this issue that would be great.

If I understand correctly you are waiting for an appointment at the German embassy in Iran or Pakistan. Unfortunately, the waiting times are very long for many Afghans.

Yes, as you mentioned once you have stayed in Iran for 6months or longer with a valid visa you can also apply for an appointment via the embassy in Tehran for a long-term visa to Germany.
