I Hashimi 29 years old an Afghan refugee to Germany and currently I live in Baden Wurttemberg, Wehingen since I received my residence permit as Duldung and they made a red line on it there is no course for language near to me and I don't have permission to work and I can't buy bus tickets to go to the main city everyday so please I need your assistance and support in regard of language and to find a lawyer for my case.

I am sorry to hear that there is no suitable course around your area. However, you are allowed to apply for an integration course, covered by BAMF:

As soon as you receive an approval, you are allowed to register yourself at an institution who offers integration/language courses.
In case the course is farer than 3 km, you can apply additionally for cost coverage of the public transportation as well: https://verwaltung.bund.de/leistungsverzeichnis/EN/leistung/99011030080… After a successful registration at a course, you can ask the institution for help filling that out with you.

I couldn't make an account because it asks for a Eu ID it German resident permit could you please help me that how can I apply for the coverage of the public transportation for the training course . I have found a course in Tuttlingen and my place of stay is in wehingen about 30km far.
Dear hashimihamid255 for the application of the cost coverage of an integration course, you don't need to register with a residence permit card. You can click on the left side and fill everything out offline: https://verwaltung.bund.de/leistungsbeantragung/EN/leistung/99011002007…
Only after you receive an approval from BAMF via mail, you can register at your preferred integration course and apply for the coverage of public transportation.
