I came to Germany 6 months ago with a Blue Card, all is cleared from my side (Anmeldug, Id Card, Tax nummer, Wohnung...).
I requested an appointment for my family at the German embassy in Morocco mid February (4 months ago), I have no feedback until today.
This is really annoying, and started thinking about leaving back even though I like it here and my job is wonderful.
Is there any way to accelerate the family reunification process?

I am very sorry to hear that the family reunification at the German embassy in Morocco is taking so long. It must be frustrating for you and your family. Unfortunately, this is a common problem for many who have applied for family reunification.
It is best to already apply for family reunification once you apply for the Blue Card. If all the requirements are fulfilled then you can also directly bring your family to Germany.
Unfortunately, it can take months, in some countries even years until you will receive an appointment. This is because there is not enough staff in the embassies and immigration offices.I do not know of a way to speed this process up. It is important to gather all the documents that you will need in the meantime to have them ready.
