I send my request to federal admissions program for Afghanistan through Civil Society Coordination Organization and I received two emails first asked my documents second email asked my passport, marriage certificate, birth certificate
And after that about 2 months past I didn't receive any update.
Some rumors say that this program is stopped,
Is it ture or false?

I am sorry to hear that you process takes quite a while. There was a short pause but the admission program continued a while now. There were some changes in the whole process and the interviews were tightened.
Please note that unfortunately the admissions program does not send out rejections, only acceptances.
I'm sorry that I can't tell you anything more detailed about the process and all seems very intransparent.

Unfortunately, you cannot apply for the federal admission program. A non-governmental organisation registers for you at authorized institutions (so-called "meldeberechtigte Stellen"). Those organisations will check your documents and forward them to the coordination centre. They, as well as, our platform unfortunately cannot give any approval.

Dear @Baker_ 125 unfortunately, you cannot register yourself. Only non-governmental organizations can do that. However, our recent information is that those organizations won't take any further registrations.

We can only give you the general information about the federal admission program. The e-mail you send your application to is correct. Please note that you will not be informed in case your application is rejected.
