Dear shahrukh very glad to hear that you received an appointment at the embassy!
Generally, depending on who will apply, you will need to prepare at least the following documents:
- confirmation email from the embassy regarding the appointment
- A copy of your „fristwahrende Anzeige“
- Visa applications for all family members
- A family registration certificate (if applicable)
- Marriage certificate
- Birth certificates of all family members
- A copy of your brothers German residence permit
- A copy of BAMF's decision on your brothers case
All in all, the documents must show how your family relation is. Please note that official issued documents, like birth certificates need an authenticity and must be confirmed and certified by the German Embassy. The certification process can take place during the appointment.
You can read more about family reunification on our website. There you can get more information who is able to apply and what the requirements are.
.
The embassy may request further documents from you. For more information, you can find the necessary documents for the application on the website of the German embassy of Teheran, available in German or in Farsi.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Wish you all the best!

Dear shahrukh we already received a similar question on our platform from a person who also was recognized as a refugee. You can have a look or might want to get in touch for their recent experiences: https://together-in-germany.de/en/thread/family-reunion-fluchtlingseige…
.
Since your brother received a blue passport, he was recognized as a refugee and his immediate family, spouse and unmarried & minor children, are entitled to apply with easier requirements for family reunification, if there was a so-called "fristwahrende Anzeige" within the first 3 months of his BAMF approval. He could give notice at his local foreigners department or at the German federal foreign office: https://fap.diplo.de/webportal/desktop/index.html#start
With that notice in the first 3 months, there is no need to provide proof of a secured livelihood, for example.
You can read more about that on Handbook Germany: https://handbookgermany.de/en/family-reunification#faq_324
Please let me know in case something remains unclear.
