Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, with this type of residence permit it's currently very difficult and complicated, if not impossible for family reunification in general. In Germany, the fiancée does not count as an immediate family member. Therefore, there is no easy solution to bring your fiancée to Germany. If the marriage was not already concluded in the home country, but only later after receiving the residence permit, only the foreigners department can decide at its discretion about the approval.
