In general, family reunification is considered only for the immediate family. That means spouses and minor, unmarried children.
Honestly, the possibility of your parents coming to Germany depends on many factors. What nationality do they have? In which state do you currently live with your family? In case you are a citizen of Syria, Afghanistan or Iraq in some federal states there is the possibility to also bring other family members to Germany. In case of family reunification of other family members, such as your parents, so-called humanitarian reasons usually apply, such as a high need for (health) care. Unfortunately, legal support is always needed in those applications. Since these cases are very challenging and need to show a well documented evidence for proof.
