Hi, I'm from Afghanistan. I applied for asylum in Berlin. But I red about Dublin procedure. So another EU country issued me a visa which means that country is responsible for me. But that country does not accept any refugees. I need counseling about " Do I have any right to request my asylum application to be processed in Germany?" Are there any refugees counseling centers in Berlin which can legally advice me ?

You mentioned you received your Visa from another EU country. You are right that country is in principle responsible for processing your asylum claim. Unless you have a spouse or an underage child in Germany. At times refugees are not deported back to some EU countries such as Hungry, where basic standards for refugees are not met. This usually involves going to court against the Dublin decision. In case this applied to you, please seek professional counseling.
