Hello, please I'm in a hot sit, and i need serious advice. I have lived in Germany for almost 8 years now, I have a three years old son from a German lady, I did Ausbildung and I have worked for one year with my certificate, but now the immigration office have declined the resident permit application twice because of several criminal offence.. But not with my lawyer is not convinced to apply again with my certificate because he said they might still declined it becauseof thesame criminaloffence. I'm planning to leave Germany if they declined it again. Please what should I do in this case I really need advice.
