I recently received an email from haagermany but I don't know which location would support and speed up my case; Pakistan or Afghanistan?

The federal admission program for Afghans is unfortunately, only available for those in Afghanistan.
The criteria is that you are at risk because of the following:
1) You are known because of your commitment to women's and/or human rights and are now individually threatened.
2) You are known through your work in the fields of justice, politics, media, education, culture, sports or science and are now individually threatened.
3) You have experienced individual violence or persecution due to your gender, religion, LGBTIQ* status, especially as a victim of severe individual violations of women's rights, homophobic or transphobic human rights violations or as a representative of religious groups and/or communities.
Finally,
it also helps your application if you have had connections to Germany before.
Please note security personnel such as Afghan soldiers are unfortunately not considered for this program.

Please note that unfortunately, you will not be notified if your application is rejected. Only around 1000 people will be accepted every month and so far, no one has come to Germany through this program. This is because the process takes a very long time.

It is important that you take your time and fill out the link carefully. You can also read other threads, we have received many questions from about the admission program, maybe our answers will also help you.

Hello @ziz, I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
After you have registered with an authorised reporting body (Meldeberechtigte Stelle), they will check your vulnerability. If you meet criteria for the admission programme in the first check, you will later receive a link that will take you to a website. The link is personalised and only works once. It takes about an hour to complete the online forms. During this time, you must have a stable internet connection and have all your documents with you.
For the admission programme, the Federal Government had an online tool developed with more than 100 questions. In addition to your personal data, the following points are also asked:
medical treatment needs
living conditions
Individual hazards due to your activities
Vulnerability due to your gender
Vulnerability due to your religious affiliation
Vulnerability due to your LGBTIQ* affiliation
Your possible relation to Germany
Your integration prognosis (for example, your knowledge of the German language)
