I have a question about registering a community. We are more than 300 people(from Pakistan) living in a city(Siegen) and want to register a community( Gemeinschaft ) so that we can request the city office to give us some place where we can conduct out festival and gathering.
Is this all possible, if yes, what is the way forward.

Hallo root , Thank you for your question. In Germany, a common way to organise a community is to form an association (Verein). You need at least 7 people and a constitution to form an association. The constitution should outline the purpose of the association, membership rules, organisational structure, and other important aspects.
