can someone share the step by step guide re applying for the blue card ?

We are happy to guide you step by step through the application of a Blue Card.
To be eligible for a Blue Card, you currently need to have a job offer/work contract and match all the three requirements: salary (58,400€ annual / shortage occupation: 45.552€ annual), an acknowledged degree and a study-equivalent position. Since you said that you are re-applying, I assume your university and the degree are already recognized - is that correct?
Please note that there will be a new law about skilled worker come into force, currently planned for November, 18th 2023. There will be some reductions in the annual salary (regular: 43.800€, shortage occupation: 39.682,80€). You can read the new advantages on our website, about Blue Card EU.

In case you fulfill all the requirements above, you will need to book an appointment at you local embassy/consulate. If you like to share in which country you are currently residing, I can support you with the necessary checklist. As well as the necessary documents for your family.
