Briefly, in case you recently received your approval, it is very important, that you give notice to your local foreigners department within the first 3 months after your approval from BAMF. Secondly, you should register your family at the website of "Auswärtige Amt" (German foreign office): https://fap.diplo.de/webportal/desktop/index.html#start Please make sure that you keep the confirmation of each notice save. Your family will have advantages to apply for family reunion, e.g. less proof of apartment size or financial means.
Even though the German embassy in Kabul is closed, the German embassy in Islamabad still processes appointments through the old system. You can register your family for the waiting list. Additionally, please find the necessary documents which needs to be submitted on the website of the German embassy in Kabul.
Unfortunately, the process of a separate family reunification can take a lot of time and patience.

I have not noticed our ausländerbehörde but I have gone personally and I said to the responsible person about my family reunification and she gave me a confirmation letter about My family reunification apply, my question is now : is it enough or I should another notification send.

Additionally, you can register your family at the website of "Auswärtige Amt" (German foreign office): https://fap.diplo.de/webportal/desktop/index.html#start Auswärtige Amt is responsible for the Germany embassy/consulates all over the world.

Super, wenn Du bereits der lokalen Ausländerbehörde und dem Auswärtigem Amt die Meldung mitgeteilt hast und die jeweiligen Bestätigungen erhalten hast, muss Deine Familie sich auf die Warteliste der deutschen Botschaft setzen.

Du meintest weiter oben bereits, dass die Ausländerbehörde Dir bereits eine ausgestellt hat - ist das richtig? Jetzt fehlt dann noch das Auswärtige Amt. Da die Ausländerbehörde und das Auswärtige Amt zwei verschiedene Behörden sind, ist es ratsam, bei beiden Institutionen eine Anzeige über den geplanten Familiennachzug innerhalb der ersten 3 Monate nach Erhalt Deines BAMF Bescheids zu stellen.

As I have already mentioned, it is very, very important that you have a written confirmation of the notification of family reunification within the time limit of 3 months. You already meant above that the foreigners department has already issued you a confirmation - is that correct? Now the German Foreign Office (Auswärtige Amt) is still missing. Since the Foreigners Department and the German Foreign Office are two different authorities, it is advisable to file a notification of the planned family reunification with both institutions within the first 3 months after receiving your BAMF decision.
