Hello stephen kingi, in order to migrate to Germany as a skilled worker you will have to obtain a visa.
There are different types of visa and requirements. If you would like to receive a visa for skilled workers you will need to fullfull the following requirements.
1) Proof that you have completed a vocational training programme recognised in Germany or hold a university degree recognised in Germany.
2) An employment contract or an offer for a qualified job from a company or organisation in Germany.
3) If you are over 45 years of age, you must also have adequate retirement provision or prove that you will earn at least 46,860 € gross per year (as of 2021).

You will also need the documents for a national type D Visa. Those include:
1) Visa application form - filled out and signed (2x)
2) A valid passport
3) Current biometric passport photos
4) Poof that you can cover your living expenses.

You can read more in the visa process here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/national-visa

You can contact this service center to see if your training is recognized in Germany: https://www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de/html/en/pro/service-center.php

Hello kismet, apologies for the late reply. The requirements for visiting someone in Germany depends on where you are from. You can find out whether you need a visa for Germany at: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/de/service/visa-und-aufenthalt/staatenl…
If you need to apply for a visa before hand you will need the to show the following documents at the German embassy or consulate in charge.
1) You have to offer an adequate, credible reason for your trip. For example through an invitation letter.
2) You must be able to secure your travel and living expenses during your stay. You can prove that, for example, by showing your bank statements from the previous three months, proof of your assets, etc. If you cannot prove that you have enough money, someone living in Germany can submit a so-called "declaration of commitment" for you.
3) You need to have travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 for the Schengen area for the entire duration of your trip. Such travel insurance costs around €10 per week.
4) The staff at the embassy/consulate must conclude that you will leave the country after your visa has expired. Possible evidence of your willingness to leave the country is, for instance, having a job or educational commitment in your home country, showing a purchase contract for a flat in your home country, having underage or dependent family members in your home country, etc. You need to submit relevant, convincing evidence when applying.
