Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the family reunification process in India. We are an information platform based in Germany, therefore, I cannot answer your question of family reunification in India with your mother and sister.
I can only give you the general regulations for Germany. Your mother and your sisters would no bet considered immediate family and are generally not included in the admission program.
